The result shows that 100% of our customers are satisfied or slightly satisfied by the service (VAQuest and development). While the last fiscal year saw the first "slightly dissatisfied" customer since this survey started, improvement brought back 100% satisfaction this year.

- Your survey and result are all in line with the essence, which are so useful. I expect you to keep this up.
- The capability of source analysis and flexibility is highly valued; talking with such an expert is really satisfying. Some said that “should-be” suggestion will be much more appreciated along with analysis of the current situation based on the source code.
- A solution suggested was not in line with our expectation, albeit due to our lack of knowledge and understanding; this could’ve been avoided with figures and codes.

- Supported OSS types (Service)
We understand that some customers expect us to provide supports in regard to technologies related to containers, including Nginx, Prometheus and Kubernetes; we offer as available supports about technologies which are not included in the “Supported OSS” as possible, so please contact us for the detail.
- Subject for seminars and lectures
Even in a post-pandemic world, various ways of working capitalizing on a remote working environment will not be discouraged; we offer many kinds of subjects and themes in our seminars in as many ways.
- Our service
When we confirm that the operating time of VAQuest is low, we proactively offer effective ways to use our service based on your interest in OSS, technologies and development of employees. When you have a request, don’t hesitate to ask it of us.
